This begins with an analysis of your accidents and development of a trend report. This is then followed with a training program for your supervisors on how to investigate accidents and use the information to prevent future accidents.

Safety Training Programs

Are you training your workers as required under the many OSHA mandated programs? IH&SC can help you develop your own programs. We can provide the training or conduct train-the-trainer programs to qualify your personnel to perform the training.

OSHA Compliance Audits

IH&SC will conduct a wall to wall simulated OSHA inspection of your operation. This includes development of proposed penalties. We assist you in developing a workable time frame to correct the identified problems. Don't be caught when the inspector knocks on your door.

Construction Safety and Health Programs

Construction projects offer special problems and challenges. IH&SC can help you develop a workable safety and health program to meet your legal requirements. IH&SC has helped a number of contractors develop compliance programs through its instruction for the Construction Institute in conjunction with the University of Hartford's Graduate Center.
