Services ProvidedSchool Asbestos Re-inspectionsOnce every three years, all public and private school buildings with Asbestos-Containing Building Material (ACBM) must be inspected from top to bottom by a licensed asbestos inspector. The results of this inspection must be incorporated into the school’s Asbestos Management Plan. IH&SC has been preparing Asbestos Management Plans for Connecticut schools since 1986. Over the years we have developed a well-earned reputation for developing comprehensive, easy to use plans that are based upon thorough site inspections. IH&SC clients know that our service doesn’t stop with the delivered Asbestos Management Plan. A phone call is all it takes to get in touch with the person that inspected their school and developed the plan, whether the inspection was in 1986 or 2001. Continuity of service and personnel is a hallmark of IH&SC’s asbestos services. It is also important to note that virtually all of IH&SC’s asbestos-related revenues come from building owners and architects, so we are completely independent from all asbestos abatement contractors. There is never a doubt that IH&SC’s recommendations are always made in best interest of our clients. If you would like more information about IH&SC’s public school asbestos inspection services, |
